All our shirts are hand dyed, block printed and appliquéd. We use American Apparel t-shirts which are sweatshop free, made in the United States and are super soft 100% cotton. Shirts are hand dyed using fiber reactive dyes. All our shirt colors are created using our own recipes which were developed after test dyeing yards & yards of fabric before hitting on just the right shade. The t-shirt designs are all hand block printed using blocks designed & hand cut by us. Block printing gives our shirts a different look from traditional silk screened t-shirts, they are more painterly and random, no 2 shirts are alike. The final touch is the appliqué which is made of Ultrasuede & block printed. Ultrasuede is a synthetic fabric with the look and feel of suede, yet it's cruelty free and 100% machine washable. Our shirts are machine washable with like colors, it's safe to us "Shout" like stain remover products, we do recommend line drying, but they can be safely machine dried. Basically kid proof!
